Amy Cake Decorating and Cooking Institute, a premier cake and cooking institution, were established in 1991. Over the years, the institute has trained and produced thousands of students. A lot of the graduates have excelled in their careers, as bakery operators, cake/pastry chefs or kitchen chefs, in restaurants and hotels.
The institute offers both full-time and part-time courses in cake decorating, baking and cooking. The courses cover both local and international varieties in cakes, pastries, cookies, bread, buns, dim sum and nyonya specialties. The cooking courses include local, Chinese and Western cuisines. Evening classes are also conducted for those busy working people and housewives.
All the courses are personally thought and supervised by the principal, who has extensive experiences and international exposures in the relevant fields. A team of qualified and experienced instructors assists the Principal. All classes are conducted in fully air-conditioned and well-equipped classrooms.
